By this point, I had a lot of clients, I was working early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
I told you, I wanted to help people! You do too, right??
Plus, if I’m being honest, I needed the money. I needed to work a lot of hours cause that’s how I got paid and I wanted to work a lot of hours cause that’s how I helped people.
But despite having the answers and skills to get clients results, my clients still weren't seeing the results they wanted.
And this my friend is the great plight of personal training!
I dug myself right into the Personal Training Trap.
Wanting to help people and needing to make money forces us to work crazy hours. We say yes to as many clients as we can because it means helping more people and making more money, but in the process, it makes our personal training service more and more mediocre.
We lose sight of and energy for what really matters, client results.
In fact, we sacrifice client results for more revenue via working more hours.
When in reality client results is the key to unlocking revenue.
